The Foundation Future Leaders Programme is now open to applications for the 2021 cohort. This annual scheme is open to mid-career professionals drawn from universities, industry and the civil service who want to develop links and further their understanding of how science and research are conducted, and how these feed into the policy process. Programme participants also have the opportunity to join all the Foundation’s discussion events, and be part of a conference at the end of the year. The scheme is free to participate, but costs of travel to events must be covered by employers.

Supported by AIRTO, a number of AIRTO members participated in last year’s programme including BRE, TWI, LGC and NPL. We are encouraging AIRTO members to nominate staff to participate again this year.
