The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board’s (NTSB) Office of Marine Safety (OMS) has recently installed BMT’s fully certified REMBRANDT navigation simulator system. This follows the recent adoption of REMBRANT by other statutory marine agencies including the UK’s Marine Accident Investigation Branch, the Australian Transport Safety Board and the Dutch Safety Board.
