At its AGM on 23 September 2026 the Royal Academy of Engineering elected 75 leading figures in the field of engineering and technology to its Fellowship, including a record 24 women.

Congratulations to High Value Manufacturing Catapult’s CEO, Katherine Bennett CBE, on being elected an honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Katherine joins a cohort of engineering and technology leaders helping to shape the future of innovation across the UK. The recognition reflects Katherine’s long-standing commitment to championing UK manufacturing and advocacy for UK industrial capability.
