AIRTO member TWI were delighted to welcome over 100 attendees to TWI Cambridge for the in-person ‘Advanced Manufacturing: Paths to Validation’ event.
The event was co-hosted by TWI alongside Make UK and drew representatives from key organisations and stakeholders working in or with the defence sector, including the Babcock International Group, the Ministry of Defence, Rolls-Royce, Lloyds Register, and AWE.
Attendees were offered a schedule of informative presentations and keynote speeches covering the advanced manufacturing environment in 2025 and beyond, including supply chains, advanced manufacturing certification, non-destructive testing and inspection, integrity management, materials performance, and more. In addition, there were tours of the TWI facilities and time set aside for networking with other attendees and our experts.
