The Scotch Whisky Research Institute is a member based independent company providing research, services and consultancy to the distilled drinks industry. Core research concentrates on improving quality, ensuring integrity and adding to the value of products. Services and consultancy are provided to any company and cover all major distilled drinks from raw materials to bottled product.
